First Watch Aquatic Safety,LLC was founded on a simple belief:

Safe aquatic programs do not happen by accident.

They are built through preparation, training, professional support, and a commitment to protecting the people who enter the water every day.

Across Michigan, aquatic facilities face increasing challenges related to lifeguard shortages, workforce development, staff retention, emergency preparedness, and operational readiness. These challenges can lead to reduced programming, canceled activities, limited public access, and increased strain on aquatic staff.

First Watch Aquatic Safety was created to help address these challenges by supporting the people and organizations responsible for keeping aquatic programs safe and operational.

We partner with schools, municipalities, camps, aquatic centers, recreation departments, and community organizations to strengthen aquatic readiness through consulting, workforce development, training, and professional networking.
